It occupies 4th floor in a detached house, in 5 minutes’ walk from all necessary amenities – shops, cafes, bars. At the same time, you can easily get to the beach. Car recommended when staying for quick access to the neighboring resorts with even wider choice of shopping and entertainment options.

Next to the lounge is a separate kitchen, which comes with all basic appliances and tools for self-cooking. Both kitchen and sitting area open to a spacious balcony with dining set – perfect place for late breakfast.
At guests’ service, there are 2 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin. Both are very bright, air-conditioned, with access to a balcony. 1 Family bathroom has full size tub, also there is a separate WC.

Athens Riviera is a popular summer destination for both locals and tourists, as it is only 15 minutes away from Athens downtown, offering same wide range of activities (bar, restaurants, café, playgrounds, summer open cinema) and at the same has beach for swimming. Those, who rent a yacht or boat – it is a great place, as the marina is about 15 minutes’ drive away.
