A private house by the sea view perfectly located within just a minute walk from the beach in the north-eastern part of Kassandra peninsula. It is a perfect place for summer vacations in Greece, with quick access to a village with good selection of essential holiday facilities – shops, supermarket, taverns, cafes. Standing on a large plot, fully fenced, villa offers unlimited sea views, privacy and comfort. Both heating and air-conditioning system installed to ensure comfortable stay.
House comprises of several levels, connected with a winding staircase and accommodates up to 6 guests. It houses a spacious lounge with sofa by the fireplace, flat screen TV, stereo system and internet access. Same area incorporates a dining table for 6. The neighboring kitchen comes with full range of modern equipment and tools for self-cooking – fridge, espresso coffeemaker, oven, stove, tableware and utensils.
At guests’ service there are 3 bedrooms, all come with a double bed, storage space. Bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with shower and have big windows with great views over the surroundings.
Couple of terraces with lounge and dining sets adjoins the house, where you can enjoy a coffee with panoramic sea view.
Indoor highlights are bright interiors, with wooden furniture, high ceilings and broad windows. Extra comforts granted to every guest as bed linen, towels and basic soaps are used.
