Complex stands right on a sandy beach, in 5 minutes’ walk from a town center. Promenade with shops and taverns is few steps away. The beach is probably the best one in the area, it is about 7 km long with water sports, sea bikes, jet ski rentals and many dining places. Sea and beach in the area accompany the unique beauty of the landscape which is mainly consisted of pine forest. Car recommended when staying, getting easily to the neighboring resorts with even wider choice of shopping and entertainment options.
Maisonette consists of 3 levels and hosts a family or a group of 6 guests with its 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a lounge with cozy sofa (used as beds), open plan kitchen corner, which comes with all basic appliances and tools for self-cooking. Living room opens to the garden with dining set – perfect place for late breakfast.
Upper floors each house 1 bedroom with double bed, ample wardrobe, TV. There is also 1 bathroom with shower and laundry facilities, and one WC. Bedrooms have access onto the sunny balcony, from where you can enjoy garden and sea views.
The complex is fully fenced and guarantees the guests will enjoy complete privacy and have their best holidays. Apart from rest on the beach, there are plenty of activities in the surrounding area including hiking, mountain cycling and fishing. Three km away from the beach house complex, there is a small lake in the mountains, which the only lake in Halkidiki, where unique turtle species has nestled. Besides, the area is famous for its history as many excavations have uncovered monuments probably of the ancient city of Neapolis, mentioned by Herodotus.
