Villa comprises of two levels, where each has independent entrance, separating the whole villa in two self-contained apartments. This is very convenient for two families or large groups, travelling together, who wish to have some privacy while the vacations. Villa features traditional Corfiot style, carefully restored and fully furnished. All modern amenities and home appliances installed for ultimate comfort. Interiors are decorated in bright, cool colors with stone elements and wooden furnishings.
Ground floor includes 2 bedrooms – one double, one twin. Each one comes with an individual bathroom, equipped with shower, air-conditioned. An open plan kitchen, with few armchairs and wide range of cooking tools, crockery and utensils you may need – fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, tableware. Dining area is assigned on the main sea view terrace, which is partially covered for most comfort and has also a rest area with sunbeds.
First floor of the villa opens with a cozy seating area with a sofa and balcony offering magnificent sea view. Linked to the lounge, there is a kitchen, beautifully tiled and decorated, fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking tools, set of crockery, breakfast table. Three bedrooms comprise of: 1 master bedroom (double bed), which is at the front overlooking the Ionian Sea waters and has ensuite shower room; 2 guest rooms (two single beds each) share 1 bathroom (shower). Just like the ground floor, this level has a spacious balcony facing the sea and a covered terrace to the side and rear – ideal for alfresco dining. Wireless internet available throughout the villa, CD player provided for entertainment.
At guest’s service, there are two taverns in walking distance; nearest supermarket is approximately 3 km away. Neighboring villages and resorts offer wider choice of shopping and entertainment. Car recommended when staying, also you can take a short boat trip along the coast from here. Ideal summer accommodation for those, who wish to relax by the sea with direct access to the beach.
