The complex consists of 4 townhouses in a beautiful 800 sq m green garden and situated just 180 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Each house can accommodate up to 5 people. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room with double sofa bed and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with WC and bathtub. On top of the house, there is a penthouse, able to sleep 2 more people. Air conditioning is also provided. Outside of the house there is a private small beautiful green garden with a small lake. If you have a car, private parking is also included. The houses are appropriate for people with disabilities.
Exactly in front of the house, there is a bus stop, from where you can be in few minutes to Marathon and in 50 min to the Athens city center. In walking distance you can find a shopping center with super market, bakeries and various shops.
In Marathon area, besides the beautiful sandy beach, you can visit the Lake, the Archaeological Museum of Marathon and the Ancient Burial Mount. For sports lovers you can work out with the Marathon Jockey Club, as well as at Tennis and Rowing Clubs.
