Conveniently located 250 m away from a nice sandy beach, there are private villas available for rent in the eastern coast of Kassandra. Fully furnished and modernly equipped, it is a perfect accommodation for families with kids. The area offers private and quiet neighborhood, with a mini-market and couple of local bars in walking distance. You can always go to the resorts and villages nearby for shopping and various dining. Car is not necessary; however, we suggest renting to make you stay absolutely comfortable. Trip to the airport takes about an hour.
Villas belong to a holiday complex, featuring modern minimalistic, yet cozy style, measuring 80 sq. m. (two-storey). Each one sleeps up to 7 persons. At guests’ service, there is a living room with TV and a L-shape sofa, it incorporates a kitchen area and dining set for 6. Here you can find all necessary cooking tools and appliances - fridge, oven, hob, microwave, espresso coffeemaker, set of crockery, cutlery. WIFI internet access available throughout the house.
The houses are equipped with air-conditioning units and offer 3 bedrooms – 2 rooms with a double bed, one room with twin set of beds. Guests share 2 bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels provided. For most convenience, there is also a washing machine.
Spacious terrace adjoins each villa on the ground floor, with a dining area, barbeque facilities available.
Halkidiki region is mostly famous for soft sand, crystal water and lush surroundings, which are concentrated in Kassandra, the first “finger”. That is why it is so popular among family travelers, althought there are many resorts with vibrant nightlife as well.
