Available for rent two modern villas, located right next to each other in the south-east of Crete. Villas can be rented together or separately. They both offer very secluded and serene vacations, with quick access to the beach – 40 m only. In addition, within a short walk, there are local taverns, cafes and few supermarkets available. Lovely town Ierapetra is only 11 km away, which is the capital of the southern area.
Villas stand next to each other, yet fully detached and independent to guarantee privacy. They are built in same style, comprising of one level, with spacious interiors, modern household appliances delivering exclusive comforts, just like home. Air-conditioning, heating systems installed, WIFI available.
Each villa sleeps up to 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms – these are double bed rooms, single or a room with bunk beds. Sofa bed in the lunge can be also used a bed. Guests share 2 bathrooms, equipped with shower. Laundry facilities provided as well.
Villa’s centerpiece offers a spacious lounge with cozy sofas and broad windows, dining area and an open plan kitchen. This area opens to a partially shaded terrace with another dining set for alfresco breakfast. Kitchen comes with full set of cooking tools and appliances, while there is also a TV, DVD player and wireless internet access for entertainment.
In front of each villa, there is a large tiled deck with a swimming pool. Sunbeds provided to enjoy relaxing moments. Also, there is a covered dining area with barbeque equipment available at guest’s service.
