The kitchen is well equipped with necessary appliances for convenient self-cooking. Additional single bed is placed between the bedroom and kitchen.
An internal wooden staircase leads up to a little loft where 2 children can sleep. This level also features two large furnished balconies.
The property is within 1 km from a small coastal village with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Moreover, 5 km further, there is a town with more expansive facilities at your service- banks, ATM, post office, pharmacy. In addition, in the little town of Pylos-6 km from the villas-there are banks and a Post Office. The maisonette is also located 600 meters from the Costa Navarino Golf (Hotel Navarino Bay).
