The first floor measures 200 sq. m. It includes a living room, modernly equipped kitchen. Besides, there are 3 more bedrooms, each one with a double bed. This floor is served by 1 WC and 2 bathrooms(one of them ensuite).
Villa’s levels are not connected inside, therefore, depending on your party size, only one of the floor scan be rented.
The outdoor facilities of the villa offer a landscaped garden with tiled terrace, complemented by a large pool swimming pool with sunbeds. Ideal for refreshing dip during hot sunny day. In addition, there is a covered barbeque area with dining set, where you can enjoy alfresco meals with your family. Moreover, there is a tennis court and a small church on premises.
