It accommodates up to 10 guests and is located literally few meters away from a beach and in walking distance from all necessary holiday amenities (shops, taverns). The most important privilege of the villa's location is that it can be reached by both ferry or car from Athens.
Villa features very extreme architectural style, making it an outstanding property on the coast (it has been published in several magazines). It is fully furnished and modernly equipped, at the same time being an ideal place for children.
The villa comprises of three levels (total approx. 625 sq. m.), ideal for up to 8 -10 persons. Its ground floor offers a huge living room with dining zone – furnished in hi-tech style with unusual fireplace in the center, this whole area is very bright and airy due to panoramic glazing. TV, DVD, stereo and wireless internet access provided for entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen comes with all you may need when cooking – fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, an espresso coffeemaker, utensils and tableware. Dining table sits 12. In addition, there is 1 bathroom on this floor.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a large veranda, overlooking the sea and small neighboring islands. All bedrooms extend in 2 levels, sharing 2 stylish bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The basement is about 250 sq. m. and includes a playroom with ping pong table, libraries and artworks.
Outdoor facilities offer plenty of space on the main terrace by the pool (filled with sea water), where guests can relax any time of the day – swim and sunbath in the morning, relax in the afternoon, and dine alfresco in the evening. Built in oven and all necessary accessories provided to prepare delicious barbeque. Kids can safely play in the garden, in the amphitheater ,surrounded by palm trees. For most convenience, there are 2 outdoor showers at disposal.
On the premises, there is a wonderful luxury guest house (next to the pool), furnished to accommodate 2 more guests (with bathroom and a kitchenette).
Car hire recommended for the most convenient stay to explore the island. There are numerous beaches with crystal waters to visit, enjoying splendid natural landscapes and sun, hundreds of local taverns serving authentic Greek cuisine. Luckily, Evia is not yet influenced by mass tourism, so you can go exploring ancient sites being away from noisy crowds– thermal baths, museums and monasteries
