Situated in south of Evia Island, a unique holiday mansion available for rent. Offering complete privacy, this villa can host up to 16 guests and will be a perfect place for family vacations in Greece. It stands on a large plot, right by the sea and guarantees stunning views. Although, it is a very quiet neighborhood, villa is easily accessed – by car from Athens or via ferry (departs from Athens).
Villa comprises of 6 units in total with guest rooms spread over 3 of them. All units are independent to ensure privacy and seclusion.
Main building comprises of a large lounge with a living room, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room (sits 16). Also, there is 1 bedroom with exquisite views of the Aegean sea (1 double bed in this room, plus a small loft with a single mattress). Wireless internet access available throughout the property.
Building II houses 1 master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with tub. There is also a large secondary living room and modern kitchen.
Building III consists of 3 large bedrooms, each one individually furnished and decorated. One has 1 double, second – 1 double and 1 single, third room is for kids with a single and semi-double bed. Each bedrooms has private bathroom.
Separately stands a Turkish steam room and sauna, built in stone. Perfect for relaxation. In addition, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi.
There is a large barn on premises, previously used as woodwork workshop which sleeps another 6-8 guests.
Staff unit is at the edge of the estate, and is occupied by the resident caretakers, which do cleaning and cooking daily.
The outdoor areas are the villas centerpiece - large terraces with amazing views of the Aegean, two alfresco dining areas with stone-built barbeque and traditional Greek bread oven, outdoor four-poster bed. Guests can also use tennis and basketball courts, a Hammam and, of course, private swimming with sea water. Evia island is full of ancient history, so we suggest to go on exploring ancient towns of Karystos or Eretria, or the mysterious Dragon Houses (Drakospita) which are dotted across southern coast. For those, who prefer active vacations, area is perfect for trekking, cycling, diving, canoeing/kayaking, snorkeling and many more activities.
