A spacious detached villa, modernly equipped, with private swimming pool offers all facilities for comfortable holidays in the south of Attica. Villa comprises of 3 levels and accommodates up to 8 guests. For rest it has two spacious lounges with comfortable sofas, fireplace, flat screen TV and audio/ video system. Wireless internet access available throughout the house. The main lounge on the ground floor has panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, opening directly to the garden.
There is also a big kitchen, which is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and set of crockery: fridge, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, coffeemaker, cutlery. Washing machine provided.
At guests’ service, there are 4 bedrooms – three of them with a double bed, fourth with 2 singles. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with air conditioning unit and ample storage space. Rooms of the upper levels have access to the balconies, overlooking pool and garden. Villa is served by 3 bathrooms and 1 separate WC. In addition, there is a game room with billiard. Villa is complemented with a private swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds for rest and relaxation under the sun. Ideal for refreshing dip during hot summer time. For those who prefer sea, the beach is easily accessible within just few minutes.
