It is a fully gated property, to ensure secluded vacations for a family or group of friends, being very close to Athens. Villa guarantees panoramic views towards the Aegean sea and National Park. From here you can enjoy amazing sunsets over the neighboring Evia island.
A 5 km long beach with shallow waters is in 7 minutes’ drive from the villa and would be ideal for children. Along the beach there are many local taverns serving fresh fish and Greek snacks. Water sports available - windsurfing, water ski, wake board or beach volley. Also, there is a town in 10 km away with wider choice of shopping and dining options.
Villa is built on three levels, measuring 300 sq. m. in total. Tastefully decorated with modern furniture it features many panoramic windows and spacious terraces adjoining.
Seven bedrooms are spread over the house offering one double or two single beds, wardrobes, individually air-conditioned, with spectacular sea or garden views There are 3 bathrooms at guests’ disposal – one with a bathtub ensuite to the master bedroom, 2 shared with shower cabin.
There are two large sitting rooms on the villa, on different floors. One can be used as a lounge with sofas, TV, DVD player and another one is incorporated with dining area suitable for up to 12 persons. All the necessary kitchenware and modern appliances are installed for comfortable cooking.
The villa has spacious verandas and ample grounds with neat lawns, here the children can safely playa and it is very easy for parents to look after them. The swimming pool of 45 sq. m. complements the villa with plenty sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxing. All the verandas are furnished with comfortable dining and lounge sets, also the portable gas barbeque provided -perfect for open air gatherings in the evening.
Car recommended for convenient stay for both easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and if you would like to visit ancient archeological sites - in 1,5 hr to the city of Mycenae or Nafplion. Delphi is in 2,5 hr drive away.
