It is a fully gated property, to ensure secluded vacations for a family or group of friends, being very close to Athens. Villa guarantees modern comforts and panoramic views towards the Aegean sea and the surroundings. A long sandy beach with shallow waters is in 3-5 minutes’ drive from the villa and would be ideal for children. Close to the beach there are many local taverns serving fresh fish and Greek snacks.
Villa comprises of three floors and is equipped with both air-conditioning and heating, so it is suitable for year round stay. Fully furnished, with marble-granite floors house is very bright and airy.
The main middle floor houses large living room with cozy couches, fireplace and TV, dining area and spacious kitchen with all you may need from self-cooking. Adjoining is a 30 sq. m. bamboo furnished terrace – perfect for late breakfast or your morning cup of coffee.
The lower ground floor includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and one more big living room. Same level offers laundry facilities.
On the third floor, there are 3 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has its private bathroom and large walk-in closet, the other two guest bedrooms face the sea and the pool. All rooms are fitted with double bed, wardrobes and have access onto the sunny balcony.
At guests’ disposal there is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the villa for rest and sunbathing.
Car recommended for most convenient stay – so that you can have easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and if you would like to visit Athens or ancient archeological sites like Mycenae (1,5 hr drive) or Nafplion, Delphi is in 2,5 hr drive away.
