Two contemporary neighboring villas (ATT146 & ATT147), located in the outskirts of a seaside village offer ultimate comfort and panoramic sea views. Villas available together or separately for rent to spend your summer vacations or family vacations in Greece. Set among lush gardens, in just few steps away from the beach both villas boast amazing unobstructed views of the Aegean. Essential facilities like restaurants, cafes, shops are all in walking distance. There is also a bus stop, from where you can take us to Athens, however, we highly recommended to rent a car for that and to move around the area.
ATT146 is a two-storey villa, measuring 110 sq. m. Suitable for up to 6 guests. Both centrally heated and air-conditioned, the house offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Extra two guests can be accommodated on extra beds, also baby cot provided if necessary. The kitchen incorporates lounge area and a dining zone, all fully equipped with cooking tools and comfortable sofas with TV by the fireplace. Satellite TV and wireless internet access provided for guests’ entertainment.
It is a perfect place to stay for small families and friends, with lush green garden covered with lawn, also suitable for elderly, as there are no steps and very spacious shower cabin with anti-slip handles). Adjoining the house are two patios—one in the front, overlooking the sea, and one in the back in the garden. Perfect for open-air meals.
ATT147, measuring 132 sq. m. living space only consists of one ground level. It also hosts up to 6 guests. There is a large sitting room and dining area with cozy sofas, TV and fireplace. This area is linked to a well-equipped kitchen, where you can find all you need for self-cooking and a big dining table. The living room opens with large patio doors directly to the garden with olive, pine and fruit trees, a pergola.
At guests’ perusal there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and extra beds for 2 more guests maximum.
The house is equipped with air-conditioning, a modern kitche, satellite TV, DVD, wireless internet, washing machine to ensure privacy and comfort while holidays.
There is a gate leading directly to the beach, with a small pier, where you can moore the boat.
Due to its location complex also stands in less than 25 min drive from the airport and city of Athens with its world-famous ancient sightseeing spots, like Acropolis and Parthenon, Plaka area and picturesque squares and temples. From Athens, you can also take trips to neighboring islands, for a day or two-day trip and get known more with amazing Greece. It is also very easy to make daytrips to Mycenae, Epidaurus or Nafplion.
