It occupies a huge plot of 30000 sq. m. surrounded by cypress, pistachio trees, olive groves and centenarian pines. Being only at a distance of 800 m from the harbor of Aegina town it is very easy to reach. Take a scheduled ferry from Athens, which departs daily and in about 40-75 minutes you can reach the island. From the port, it barely takes 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes on foot.

Renting this estate can be a unique experience. It can host up to 18 guests and comprises of 2 villas, 1 house and a windmill. All stand separately from each other to ensure privacy.
The house, fully air-conditioned stands amidst huge bougainvillea with adjacent covered patio and offers 3 bedrooms. These are 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms, each one with private bathroom. Spacious living room grants relaxing moments to the guests and also comes with a fully-equipped kitchenette. Outdoor area is perfect for late breakfast or afternoon tea break.
The windmill, has a a tower shape and is one of the landmarks of the property, dated around 1826. It has been been restored and converted into a guest house with 4 double bed rooms, each one ensuite with bathroom (tub), air-conditioned.
Living room covers two levels and has a kitchenette for light meals in the centre. On the top of the windmill, there is a terrace with panoramic view of the island.
Villa I offers 1 bedroom, with a double bed, 1 bathroom. Tastefully furnished, it comes with air-conditioning, TV, DVD and internet access. Also, there is small kitchenette with basic cooking tools. Big veranda adjoins the villa, surrounded with lemon, orange and olive trees.
Next to the villa stands the central kitchen and utility area, built in a traditional style of local stone. It is fully equipped with refrigerator, deep freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 3 coffee makers, 2 ovens, hob, full set of crockery and tableware. Dining area serves all 18 guests. Attached to the kitchen there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. In addition, there is a barbeque area with a stone grill, preparation counters, a sink and storage area. Internet access provided.
Villa II stands close to the swimming pool and central kitchen. It houses 1 bedroom with private shower room. Relaxation area includes a sofa, TV, DVD. There is also a small fridge and a coffee maker to make the comforts complete. .
Guests of the estate have access to a huge swimming pool of 200 sq. m., complemented with sun loungers and shaded pavilion for lounging and rest. Further, in the garden, there is a large professional tennis court at guests disposal.
