It stands on the top of a hill in just 2 km away from the Aegina town with its moon-crescent harbor, where small local fishing boats stand next to glamorous yachts and plenty of taverns, restaurants and bars offer delicious drinks and food at amazing sunsets.
Villa features traditional style, built in stone with many wooden elements, comprising of three levels. It can host up to 10 guests at the same time.
The ground level of the villa offers a big living room, very spacious with cozy sofas and exit onto the main pool terrace with shaded outdoor dining zone. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, which has all the appliances and cooking tools, table for 8 persons – very modern and bright. For ultimate convenience and comfort, broadband wireless internet access and satellite TV is provided.
Other two floors include 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one of them has a Jacuzzi tub). Each bedroom has its own private veranda with sea views.
Just in front of the main entrance, villa has a large swimming pool (unheated), complemented with spacious deck and sun loungers and umbrellas. One more outdoor dining area is adjacent to the house on the left and offers barbeque facilities with teak table benches and chairs for alfresco dining. Perfect for family gatherings in the evening to enjoy delicious food, drinks and picturesque sunsets.
This villa is an ideal option for two families, who want to rest and relax without being remote from necessary facilities. All you need is in 10 minutes’ drive, also, the nearest sandy beach is just 2 km away!
Apart from staying at the villa, there are so many places to visit and explore in the island. Car recommended for easy travelling to the archaeological sites of Kolona, Temple of Aphaia, the medieval village of Paleochora, museums and cathedrals. Besides, there are so many opportunities for active vacations - snorkeling, sailing, walking and hiking, cycling, horse riding. To vary your holidays, we suggest making day trips (or overnight) to the neighboring Saronic islands of Poros, Hydra and Agistri.
