This complex is highly recommended when travelling with family and kids, as the beach is in 30 m only and all the other comfortable facilities are available in the neighborhood.
This is a large villa of 300 sq. m. total area, accommodating up to 12 guests at once. The villa has been beautiful decorated and fully furnished with very comfortable and relaxing interiors. Inside there are 5 comfortable bedrooms for guests and 1 single ensuite bedroom, which could be used for a nanny, two extra beds allow to lodge 2 more guests. Three of the bedrooms have individual bathroom. Other bedrooms share 2 common bathrooms with shower. Rooms of the upper floor have balconies, where guests can relax and enjoy sea views.This villa features 2 kitchens, both fully equipped with electrical and kitchen appliances to ensure convenient cooking when holidays. Spacious and relaxing living spaces with two fireplaces create a very homey atmosphere, providing warmth during the winter season. Among the entertainment options, there are flat-screen TV’s, DVD player, wireless internet access, billiard and table football. Outdoors, there is also kitchenette with barbeque making facilities.
The capital of Evia, Chalkida is a modern town today with many shops, banks, bars, restaurants. Ferryboats depart from here to the mainland are. Rent a car and visit also another famous town of Eretria has an archaeological museum and you can see ancient ruins of a theatre, houses and temples here. Apart from ancient sightseeing or sunbathing on the beach, you can also go hiking and mountaineering. Wide variety of bars and clubs is offered on the island for entertainment.
