The villa can comfortably accommodate groups of up to six adults and children. Each room has its own unique style. These are two double bedded rooms and one two-twin bedded room all located on the first floor of the villa. Every room is equipped with a flatscreen t.v., dvd player, wifi, air-conditioning and a working desk. The outstanding advantage of this villa, is the unique access to the seaside. Being located right in front of the beach it offers endless relaxation away from crowded beaches. The master bedroom features an en-suite working area-office with library, fax machine and printer, an en-suite bathroom, an en-suite drink-bar and fireplace, while it also features a balcony with bamboo living room and terrific sea view.
The living and dining are impressively equipped. The main indoor living room is decked in luxury sofas right in front of a romantic fireplace and a large flatscreen, while the open- side living options are even more attractive. You get to choose either to relax under the trees on the amazing bamboo beds, drink your refreshments in one of the multiple sets of coffee tables with armchairs or to enjoy endless magic lying right in front of the sea on your private sun beads. When it comes to meal time you are given the choice between two separate dining areas. An indoor, air conditioned, dining room with an eight seated glass table or the garden site dining patio, also with an eight seated glass dining table.
Private sun beds, dinning table, hammocks, coffee tables and umbrellas awaits you, while you can also experiment with the canoes and the sea bicycles! There is a beach volley court for the athletic personalities and plenty of space for beach tennis as well as a shower.
