Villa available for rent, located right on the beach in the island of Ammouliani. It is the only inhabited island of Halkidiki, situated within 2 km away from Athons peninsula. Regular ferries conveniently connect the island with mainland. Villa occupies privileged position, within just few meters from a small pebble beach and within walking distance from shops, taverns, cafes. This island is a perfect place summer getaway, which grants uninterrupted sea view and Holy Mountain.
This two-storey villa stands in its own large garden, fully fenced with spacious terraces and staircase leading down to the sea. Measuring about 110 sq. m., villa accommodates about 6-8 guests.
First floor comprises of an equipped kitchen and sitting room with couches by the fireplace, 1 single bedroom with balcony, a separate WC. For entertainment there is a TV, CD/DVD player. Spacious patio adjoins this floor and offers stunning sea panoramas. Here you can relax, sunbath – sunbeds and umbrellas provided.
Internal staircase brings up to the second, with 3 double bedrooms at your service. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms with shower and tub accordingly.
House is located at exit of the main village towards the beaches, very secluded and at the same time with direct access to the shops and restaurants. Transportation on the island is mainly done on foot or motorcycles.
Guests staying at the villa, can enjoy amazing nature while hiking, trekking and doing water sports. Also, the sea is very rich and challenging for those who love underwater fishing and diving. Besides, you can get close and experience traditional Greek hospitality at authentic taverns, where locals cook their famous dishes according to secret recipes.
