Villa stands within 200-500 m away from couple of beaches and in a short stroll from a vibrant resort with shops, numerous dining options and entertainment (cinema, bars, disco, etc). In addition, there are so many watersports available on the beaches: scuba diving, wind surfing, water-skiing, parasailing and many more. Car is not essential, however we recommend rent one to explore the area with more beaches, resorts and authentic villages.
Villa measures about 250 sq. m., comprising of three levels. It stands on a large plot immersed in lush pine forest and has been comfortably furnished, equipped with air-conditioning, heating and modern home appliances. Villa is suitable for a family of 8-10 guests.
Ground level contains a studio with separate entrance, which is good for 4 persons, mostly occupied by the owners.
First floor offers a living room with fireplace, TV and cozy sitting area. Wireless internet access available throughout the villa. Also, you can find 1 bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms. Open plan kitchen has all necessary cooking tools, appliances and set of crockery – big fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, etc.
Top floor has 2 more bedrooms - one double and one twin bedded, made as a loft. Rooms share 1 common bathroom, equipped with shower.
In the garden, which surrounds the villa, there is plenty of space to rest and relax, traditional brick-built oven is at guests’ disposal to make delicious barbeque and enjoy alfresco dinner or lunch. Parking spot available for car.
