The villa consist of two levels, with 2 independent maisonettes, which could be rented together or separately, depending on the party size.
CHK097 A one level maisonette on the ground floor, which can host maximum of 4 guests at one time. The maisonette includes: 2 double bedrooms with an individual bathroom each, one living room with kitchenette corner and a dining area. It has direct access to the pool terrace and shaded dining outdoor area. Perfect for a small family with kids.
CHK098 A two-level maisonette of total area 110 sq. m., which accommodates up to 6 pax. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, one bathroom and a living room with comfortable sofa, 50’ flat screen TV and kitchenette. Patio doors of the living room open onto a terrace with a swimming pool 3,5 x 8 m, where guests can sunbath on loungers or dine under shade.
Upper on the second level, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished with a double bed, storage space and have cozy balconies facing the sea.
WIFI internet access is available throughout the whole complex to keep guests on-line.
