Two private villas available for rent, located just on the beach and in few minutes’ drive from the nearest village with all necessary facilities. Offering best modern amenities for a relaxing holiday, each villa accommodates up to 6 guests, could be rented separately or together, depends on the party size. Each villa has been carefully designed in detail, to fulfill the desires of all guests that seek unforgettable holidays. Indoor space consists of 3 levels: On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern tools, large dining table and a big living room with cozy sofas and TV, DVD for entertainment. First floor could be reached by using the stairs or the elevator, and hosts one bedroom (one queen or two single beds), one bathroom, a study room with working desk and a sofa. Bedroom has access onto a sunny balcony, furnished for relaxing. On the second level, there are two more bedrooms at guests’ disposal (with single or double beds) and a bathroom. Double glazed doors exit to two more balconies with beautiful views.
Outdoors, the villas have a small beautiful chapel, treatment room (for yoga and massage, available with prior arrangement) and a large barbeque area with dining tables. All the guests can gather up for a delicious drill dinner alfresco. Two shaded parking lots available for the cars.
Private access to the sandy beach is at the rear of the lush garden. Equipped with sunbeds and parasols, kiosk-bar – main villas’ feature.
Kassandra is the most western peninsula of Chalkidiki and is mostly famous for its beaches with soft sand, crystal water and lush surroundings, vibrant night life. Also, when staying here, you can choose to explore the countryside when hiking tours, visit Mount Athon or Meteora monasteries. Rent a car to drive along the coast, visiting numerous authentic villages or get into the mountains, make a stop and try local wine and delicacies.
