Two spacious villa with amazing sea views available for rent in the south-east of Kassandra peninsula (Halkidiki). Villas stand on a large secured plot and could be rented together or separately, depending on the group size. Villas feature similar layout and may be slightly different in the decoration. Each villa measures about 300 sq. m., comprising of 2 levels and can accommodate up to 6-8 persons. Designed to create private relaxing atmosphere, villas offer all the facilities for comfortable stay, many windows to let the daylight in, spacious terraces and balconies. Both heating and air-conditioning systems installed, together with soundproof windows, wireless internet access available for most convenience.
On the ground floor, there is a large lounge, which incorporates living room with L-shape sofa by the fireplace, TV, dining zone and a kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking tools. Also, laundry facilities provided. This level exits to the main sea view terrace with dining set, where you can enjoy late breakfast alfresco. Moreover, there is barbeque equipment at guests’ disposal on premises.
At guests’ service, there are 3 bedrooms with one double or two single beds, fitted wardrobes and individual air-conditioning unit. Rooms of the first floor have a nice balcony. 2 Bathrooms have been equipped with shower cabins, towels and some basic toiletries provided.
