The house of 210 sq m is situated in a garden of 1290 sq m, it has private swimming pool 70 sq m.
The villa is three-level house with 4 master bedrooms.
The entrance of the house is on the 1st floor where is a lounge with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. There is a large veranda which comfortably fits a big table to sit and enjoy the view of the harbor and castle.
The 2nd floor has 2 master bedrooms with independent bathrooms and a veranda.
On the ground floor there is a play room with a kitchenette with a pass and 2 bedrooms with independent bathrooms. The beach is reached by a path from the villa, is a tiny pebble cove, ideal for swimming, but access may prove difficult for some guests.
