The villa consists of two independent units: ground floor apartment for 4 guests and a maisonette, suitable for up to 6 people. The ground floor apartment offers a spacious living room, incorporating the kitchen, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There are also two bedrooms (with one double or two single beds) and a shared bathroom, fitted with shower. This level exits onto a terrace, comfortably furnished and with stunning sea view.
Maisonette occupies two upper floors.
First floor houses a huge kitchen, fully supplied with necessary equipment for self-cooking, ample dining table and large living area with fireplace. Next to is a double bedroom, facing the garden and a bathroom (with shower).
The second level includes two bedrooms – each one with 2 single beds. One is facing the sea, another has mountain view. Rooms share a bathroom with shower.
The floors of the maisonette are connected via internal and external staircase.
Outdoor facilities of the villa provide plenty of space for all the guests to ensure convenient holidays. The territory is covered with green neat lawns, fruit trees and the hightlight is private swimming pool of unusual shape. There is also a kids swimming area. Sun loungers, outdoor shower and umbrellas complement the pool for ultimate relaxation.
In addition, there is a covered pergola on the villa, which has a traditional brick-built barbeque oven and dining set. Accessories for grill provided. The whole family can gather up here for alfresco dinner.
