A small beach is in few minutes’ walk via a pathway, and is almost private as it is seldom visited by others, the nearby village with couple of shops, restaurants and bars is in 2 km only.
The house consists of three levels and accommodates up to 8 guests.
Basement hosts 2 bedrooms – one double, one twin-bedded. Both of them have individual bathroom with shower, fully air-conditioned, fitted with ample wardrobes and TV. Rooms exit on to the pool terrace.
Ground level includes an open plan area, which incorporates living room with comfortable seating by the fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table. Doors open onto the balcony facing the sea and surroundings. In addition, there is a separate washroom on this level.
The top floor of the villa offers two more bedrooms with one double or two single beds. Tastefully furnished, this rooms exit onto a balcony. There is also a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub at guests’ disposal.
In front of the villa, there is a big green lawn complemented with a private pool of 28 sq. m. with a whirlpool section. Deck are has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for guests to relax and sunbath.
Next to there is a built in barbeque oven, accessories provided to prepare the delicious grill-dinner.
