Villa is built on 2 levels, with the ground floor as a spacious lounge with sitting area, kitchen and dining zone. Whole area is modernly equipped and furnished, satellite TV and stereo system provided, wireless internet access available. This floor has large sliding windows, opening onto the main terrace and leading to the pool. One bedroom with twin beds and shower room is located on this floor, featuring private entrance and could be assigned for disabled guests. Special ramp arranged.
Other three bedrooms with one double or two single beds area located on the upper floor, fully air-conditioned, with plenty of wardrobe space and each one with ensuite bath or shower room. Every room has access to a balcony or veranda, ideal for a quiet breakfast or rest.
Private pool of 50 sq. m. with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas is perfect for sunbathing and refreshing moments during the hot summer day. It has infinity edge, so that it looks like merging the horizon. Guests can also benefit from the barbeque facilities available on site, and enjoy an alfresco meal in the outdoor dining area of the shaded terrace. A lawned garden surrounds the villa with olive trees, shrubs and flowers planted throughout, so that kids can safely play around. Garden outdoor furniture and ample parking space available.
