Beachfront villa in Corfu, Greece. A traditional stone villa, modernly equipped, with private swimming pool offers all facilities for comfortable holidays in the south-west of Corfu. Situated directly on the coastline, villa grants stunning sea views and is within minute walk only from a nice beach (via staircase). Quiet neighborhood guarantees privacy for the guests. Car recommended for visiting the nearest village with essential holiday facilities– taverns, shops.
Villa comprises of 2 levels and accommodates up to 8 guests.
Ground floor houses a large living room with comfortable sofas, widescreen TV and Hi-Fi stereo system. Patio door open to a covered veranda with outdoor dining set. The kitchen area is fully supplied with all necessary cooking tools and crockery. This level also has 3 twin bedrooms, sharing 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Two of them have direct access to the garden or veranda.
Upper floor offers 1 more bedroom, with large double bed, balcony with spectacular sea views, and ensuite shower room. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Villa is complemented with a private swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for rest and relaxation under the sun. Ideal for refreshing dip during hot summer time. For those who prefer sea, the beach is easily accessible via a stone staircase, leading to small unknown beach. It is a mix of sand/shingle/rocks, great for swimming with clear waters. In 4 km away, there is another long sandy beach. In addition, there is barbeque equipment provided, so that whole family can enjoy delicious alfresco dinner. Our little guests have plenty of space to play around in the garden. Villa has spacious green lawns, fenced. For extra safety, we recommend to supervise the kids.
Nearest tavern is in 5 minutes’ walk and in a short drive you can find a good supermarket for shopping. Airport and old town of Corfu is in less than 40 minutes by car.
