The master bedroom is on the top floor, which is a large room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace and private covered terrace, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views. 1 Twin bedroom is on the first floor and features a separate sitting area and private covered terrace. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and share common sea view. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with ample wardrobes and drawers for storage, air conditioned. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or tub.
The main entrance of the villa is on the first floor, opens with a light and airy double height sitting room. Here you can relax by the marble fireplace on comfortable sofas, watch TV, read a book. Wireless internet access provided. Sweeping staircase leads up to the master bedroom. Next to the lounge area there is an open plan kitchen/ dining area, fully equipped with modern cooking tools and appliances. For the winter there is a wood burning stove. Same level has a cloakroom. The villa has controllable heating system, so you can stay here any time of the year. Additionally on the ground floor there is a comfortable and stylish TV room with a flat screen high definition TV and Playstation 2.

Two picturesque villages nearby is very traditional and charming, offering couple of taverns and bars, could be reached on foot. A bustling coastal town with wider choice of holiday facilities is in 10 minutes drive. At the beach (5 minutes walk), you can easily rent a boat to explore the pretty bays along the neighboring coastline, go fishing or just sunbathing. A variety of watersports are available at several nearby locations.
