This villa is about 150 sq. m. of two-levels, comfortably sleeps up to 6 persons.
Ground floor offers a living room with dining area and kitchen. Here you can relax by the fireplace, watching TV. For entertainment, there is a DVD player, wireless internet access. Kitchen comes with full set of crockery, cooking tools and appliances you may need, dining table sits 6. Same level has 1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite full size bathroom. In addition, there is 1 guest WC on this floor. Laundry facilities provided – washing machine, iron, ironing board.
Staircase leads up to the first floor, where you can find 2 more bedrooms – one double, one twin bedded. Bedrooms are very bright and airy, with COCO-Mat mattresses and fine bed linen, 26” TV. Each room accesses a balcony and has an individual marble bathroom, lavishly supplied with toiletries, towels, bathrobes.
Villa has its own private garden with green lawn and a terrace, complemented by a private swimming pool (25-30 sq. m.) Perfect place to relax and enjoy stunning sea view. Moreover, villa has a barbeque area, where guests can prepare delicious meals and dine alfresco.
Besides all the facilities in the villa, guests have access to the common swimming pools of the resort, tennis courts and fitness center. There is also a mini-market, restaurant and bar for guests’ convenience.
