The villa measures 600 sq. m. in total and consists of two main blocks: a 3-level main house, a 2-level guesthouse block and an extra ground floor guestroom by the sea. Main entrance leads to an open plan spacious living-room with stunning sea view. It also incorporates a dining area and a modern kitchen. Kitchen features professional cooking equipment to allow serving all 30 pax at the same time. Guests can dine indoor or outside on the terrace accompanied by the view. Barbeque area organized as well.
Main house houses 5 bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom. In addition, two of the rooms have 3 single beds. All rooms are simply decorated offering the best of Mediterranean. Bathrooms come with a stand-alone shower.
Guesthouse block includes 2 family rooms, which are actually 2 bedrooms together(twin and triple accordingly), and 2 more bedrooms. This level has 4 bathrooms in total.
The extra guest room by the sea consists of 1 double bed, ensuite bathroom (shower).
For guests’ most convenience, there are TV’s and air conditioning in each room. Among other amenities there is WIFI internet access, organic toiletries, hairdryers (in family rooms), pool towels. Towel and linen change is provided weekly.
