This villa can accommodate about 9 guests, measuring 240 sq. m. living space. Air-conditioning installed throughout the house to ensure comfortable temperature anytime of the year. At guests’ service, villa offers 4 bedrooms. One master-bedroom offers great sea views and has a private bathroom (shower), 2 double bedded rooms and 1 room with twin beds. Two more bedrooms available for the guests and provide bath towels, toiletries and hairdryers. In addition, you can use washing machine to take care of the clothes.
Villa’s centerpiece is a large open plan living room with dining set and big modern kitchen, equipped with full set of cooking tools and crockery – oven, stove, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and set of cutlery, plates, glassware. Flat screen TV and WIFI internet access provided for entertainment, enjoying warm Cretan hospitality by the fireplace with panoramic views.
The villa boasts infinity swimming pool of 50 sq. m. with tiled deck and sunbeds for maximum comfort. For our little guests, there is a separate small pool. Deck offers stunning views. In addition, there is an outdoor area with dining set and barbeque facilities for the guests to gather up for an alfresco dinner during the sunset. The residence is fully secured and gated, with private parking and a tennis court for the most private living and fulfilling the highest demands of the guests staying here.
