Villa CRT516 measures 100 sq. m. and is good for accommodation of a family or 4 or two couples. It comprises of two levels.
Ground floor opens with a bright a spacious lounge, which incorporates a sitting area by the fireplace , a dining zone and an open plan kitchen. Kitchen comes with full set of crockery, cooking tools and appliances you may need (washing machine also available). For guests’ entertainment there is a flat screen TV 32”, DVD player and WIFI internet. In addition, there is 1 marble bathroom in this level with shower.
On the first floor, you can find 2 bedrooms with one king and two single beds accordingly. Both rooms feature COCO-Mat mattresses and fine bed linen to ensure ultimate comfort. Rooms on this level access to a large shared veranda and 1 full marble bathroom. All necessary toiletries, towels, bathrobes provided.
Villa has its own private garden with green lawn and a terrace, complemented by a private swimming pool (25-30 sq. m.) Perfect place to relax and enjoy stunning sea view. Moreover, villa has a barbeque area, where guests can prepare delicious meals and dine alfresco.
