Villa stands on a large fully fenced plot, accessible via private road. Electric gates and alarm system is installed to ensure safety and seclusion.
It is a two-storey villa, which measures 195 sq. m., comfortably accommodating 6 guests. Bright interiors are tastefully decorated, very spacious and airy due to large panoramic windows.
Villa’s ground floor houses a luxurious open space living room with dining and kitchen area. Here you can relax on stylish sofas, enjoying amazing sea views, sharing cozy moments with your family. For entertainment, there is a large LCD TV, stereo system, DVD player and wireless internet access provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-cooking.
On the first floor, there is 1 master-bedroom with individual bathroom, which features a Jacuzzi tub. Moreover, this suite has great views from every corner though large windows. Two more bedrooms individually designed and furnished, sharing a common bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with COCO-Mat natural full latex anatomic mattresses for harmonious sleeping experience, while the bathrooms include bathrobes, slippers, fresh towels and high-quality toiletries.
In addition, villa also has a laundry room with all you need to take care of the clothes.
Garden with green lawn in front of the villa is complemented with a private swimming pool, which has infinity edge – it looks like the water merges the blue sea in front. The deck around is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. In addition, there is a barbeque area with brick built oven and outdoor dining set.
