With its privileged location, villa offers quick access to couple of beaches and a good selection of shopping, dining and entertainment – all in walking distance. Villa stands on private gated grounds, fully fenced to guarantee safety and seclusion.
Villa is built in a contemporary Cretan style - very light and airy interiors combined with spacious outdoor living areas, and panoramic windows from floor-to-ceiling.
Comprising of two levels, villa measures about 200 sq. m. and accommodates up to 10 guests.
Its ground floor features a large lounge with open-plan kitchen, dining zone and sitting area. Here you can find all necessary equipment for entertainment – TV, DVD, stereo, wireless internet. Kitchen comes with wide range of cooking tools and appliances. Same floor has 4 bedrooms, fitted with one double or two single beds, each room with ensuite bathroom (shower).
Upper floor houses 1 master suite with king size bed and private bathroom with shower unit and a Jacuzzi tub. This room has its own large balcony, overlooking the sea.
Staying at the villa will be an absolute paradise – there is a large swimming pool of 60 sq. m. with kids section and spacious wooden deck around, complemented with sunbeds for rest. At guests’ disposal, there is barbeque equipment provided and outdoor furniture, so that all guests can enjoy alfresco dinner. For our little guests there is a playground with slide.
The villa is situated on a quiet spot ideal for relaxing holidays, however if you want enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Chania town, endless beaches, authentic Greek cuisine, all the facilities are just within 10 minutes’ drive away!
