Two neighboring villas offered for rent in Crete for holidays in Greece. Located in quiet area, only in 3 km from the town of Rethymno. Nearest beach is in few minutes’ drive from the property, so car hire is recommended. At the same time, essential facilities like super market and restaurant are also in the vicinity. Due to convenient central location, this is a good starting point to go on and explore the island – visit archaeological site of Knossos Palace, Phaestos, Heraklion city with its picturesque harbour. Main cities Rethymno, Heraklion and Chania offer numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options to the guests. Those, who prefer active holidays, can try diving or watersports, hiking trails (for ex. Samaria Gorge).
Villas are identical in layout and design, both providing great comfort with all necessary facilities. Comprising of two levels, each villa accommodates up to 6 guests.
Ground level hosts an open plan kitchen with living room and dining area. Furnished with cozy couches, living room offers satellite TV with home cinema and unlimited wireless internet access. Very relaxing atmosphere by the fireplace. Kitchen has been fully supplied with all modern appliances and cooking tools, so that you can prepare delicious meals, like home. Same floor has a separate bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upper floor houses two more bedrooms – one double, one twin bedded. Both feature a furnished balcony with great view over the surroundings, where guests can relax. Bedrooms share a common bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned and tastefully furnished.
Both villas have a private swimming pool, of approximately 26-35 sq. m., complemented with sun loungers and an equipped barbeque area. Here, the guests can relax and sunbath during the day or gather up for alfresco dinner in the evening. All equipment provided for the grill.
