Private complex of two neighboring villas (CRT140, CRT141) offered for rent in the south west of Crete. With its cozy design, both villas are built to highest standards, tastefully furnished and modernly equipped. The complex stands on a huge plot with lush garden, offering panoramic sea views. The area has quick access to the beach and some essential facilities like mini-market and couple of seafood taverns with excellent Greek cuisine.

The ground floor includes an open plan living room with comfortable couches by the fireplace, LCD TV and stereo system. It flows into the kitchen, which is fully fitted with all necessary appliances for self-cooking. Dining table sits up to 8 guests.
Internal staircase leads up to the first floor, where two bedrooms are. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest room with 2 single beds (convertible to a double bed). Both bedrooms equipped with air-conditioning unit and fitted wardrobes. Rooms share a common luxurious family bathroom with bathtub.
Each villa can accommodate up to 5 guests, they could be rented together or separately.

It is a port, combining architectural elements of the venetians and turkish. Its main promenade in the harbor offers variety of taverns, restaurants and shops.
