Lower level – is a small separate apartment, which is 68 sq. m. in area. It has a queen size sofa-bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. This apartment also offers a large plasma TV 42’’ with xBox game console, board games for entertainment.
The house is complemented with a private infinity pool of 72 sq. m. granting panoramic sea and mountain views. Shaded terrace with lounge furniture has also a dining set, where guests can chill out and have their open-air meals enjoying splendid views.
