A luxurious complex of three independent and newly-built villas (CRT215, CRT216, CRT217) on the north-western coast of Crete is offered for rent. CRT215 Villa of two levels accommodates a family or group of 10 persons.
With the main entrance on the ground floor, the villa opens with spacious living room, incorporating the L shaped kitchen. Kitchen is made of wood and modernly equipped with all you may need when cooking. Dining set is suitable for 10 guests.
The lounge with spectacular views over the sea and mountain has 2 cozy sofas, plasma TV set, DVD player and a fireplace for relaxing evenings.
On floor, there are also 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed, another with two singles. Both rooms have ensuite hydro massage bathroom, TV and DVD. Each bedroom accesses a private balcony.
In addition, this floor contains a guest toilet.
Stairs lead down to the lower floor, which houses 2 more bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, sofa bed and a fireplace. Second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a sofa bed. Both rooms have individual bathroom, TV. They directly exit into the garden.
Outside the villa has a private swimming pool of 40 sq. m. and a covered area with all equipment for barbeque.
