With its cozy design, all villas are built to highest standards, tastefully furnished and modernly equipped. The complex stands on small hill, offering panoramic sea views towards sparkling waters of the Mirabello Gulf. The area has quick access to the beach and some essential facilities like mini-market and couple of seafood taverns with excellent Greek cuisine.
CRT246, CRT247 Villas of the complex have similar design and layout, comprising of 2 levels and measuring about 150 sq. m. The ground floor houses 2 bedrooms, decorated in the same colours and containing similar furnishings and equipment of the same high standard. Bedrooms are a common bathroom. Internal staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is a spacious sitting room with view of the sea. Traditionally and elegantly furnished, there are also all the facilities for entertainment. Linked to it is the kitchenette very well equipped for self-cooking. Two bedrooms more bedrooms available: one of 12 sq. m. with its own WC, and a larger room of 15 sq. m. with a sea view and access to the veranda. Bedrooms have one double bed or two singles with feather pillows and anatomic Coco Mat mattresses to ensure good sleep. Large family bathroom features a hydromassage bathtub, marble surfaces and all the necessary accessories.
Spacious veranda adjoins the each villa and grants spectacular views over the green valley and surrounding hills. Each house features a private swimming pool of 28 or 34 sq. m. in size, with couple of sunbeds for most relaxing moments.

It is a port, with rich history, beautiful architecture with venetian elements. Its main promenade in the harbor offers variety of taverns, restaurants and shops. During the summer, there are regular sailings to the island of Santorini.
