Two contemporary adjoining villas(CRT252 & CRT258), located in the north-west of Crete offer ultimate comfort and panoramic sea views. Villas available for rent to spend your summer vacations or family vacations in Greece. Set among lush gardens, in 10 minutes’ drive from the beach both villas boast amazing unobstructed views of the Mediterranean and surroundings. Essential facilities could be found in the nearest resort, in about 3 km away. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops.
The villas are identical in the layout and size, being at the same time next to each other and separated with a garden partition for more privacy. Could be rented together or separately if you need to accommodate extra friends, accompanying staff or family members.
Each villa comprises of two levels and conveniently hosts up to 8 guests.
Ground level houses a large sitting room and dining area with cozy sofas, TV and fireplace. This area is linked to a well-equipped kitchen, where you can find all you need for self-cooking. Sofas in the living area are convertible into extra beds. Lounge opens onto shaded veranda with dining table – perfect for late breakfast or alfresco dinner.
There is also a bathroom with Jacuzzi shower on this level.
Three bedrooms with one double or two single beds could be found on the upper floor. One comes with ensuite bathroom (shower cabin), other two share a common bathroom. Rooms of this level have access to sea view balconies. In front, each villa has its own swimming pool of 40 sq. m. with chlorine-free water and a Jacuzzi. Moreover, barbeque facilities provided, for guests to prepare delicious grilled dinner.
Renting a car allows you to explore the island further. Visit the famous Knossos Palace, or venetian town of Rethymno, hike in Samaria Gorge. Don’t forget to visit numerous beaches with authentic taverns, serving traditionally Greek delicacies. From the nearby port of Rethymno for example, there are daily boat trips leave Spinalonga and beaches along the coast.
