Villa measures 160 sq. m. and can easily accommodate up to 7 persons on three levels. Villa comes with both air-conditioning and heating and is suitable for year-round stay.
The main middle level includes a large living room with dining area, fully furnished with two sofas, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. There is also a cozy fireplace, with wood provided. Linked to the lounge is a kitchen with all necessary cooking tools, appliances, tableware and cutlery. Big veranda with patio table and chairs adjoins this level and offers great view to the sea, mountains and has access to the garden via stairs.
On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms at guests disposal. 1 Bedroom with a double bed, fitted with ample wardrobes, private big balcony. 1 More bedroom has two single beds (convertible into a double), also featuring a balcony facing sea and mountains. 1 Shared bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and laundry facilities.
The lower ground level contains 1 double bedroom and 1 big sofa (semi double bed size) to sleep an extra guest. 1 Bathroom fitted with a shower cabin, a game room with board games, TV, DVD player and PlayStation. Same level also has a study room with books, computer and printer. There is direct access to the garden.
Villa is surrounded by a two level garden with a covered wooden pergola, where you can prepare barbeque in a traditional brick oven, all accessories and dining set provided. For most convenience, there is a toilet with outdoor shower, plenty of sunbeds to relax and sunbath.
For those, who prefer sea, sandy beach, is in 1-minute walk. Also, in walking distance, there are couple of local restaurants, where you can enjoy fresh fish and local delicacies.
