Villa consists of three levels and accommodates up to 8 guests. Completely surrounded with walls, standing among the landscaped garden, it guarantees privacy and rest to its guests.
Ground floor houses a spacious fully equipped kitchen, which has all modern tools and cooking appliances and exits to a sea view balcony. Same level has 2 bedrooms, both with a private bathroom and access to a nice shaded terrace with views over the sea and the villa's garden.
The lower ground floor offers a big open plan lounge, luxuriously decorated, with an office area. There is also 1 double bed room and exit to a spacious terrace with outdoor sofa and comfortable armchairs facing the garden.
The top floor has one more bedroom with 1 bathroom and a huge balcony, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surroundings. All the bedrooms on the villa are individually air-conditioned, with TV and have double beds (2 are convertible into two singles).
Outside, the villa boasts a big green lawn with a swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers provided for guests to relax, play and sunbath. Necessary facilities provided for guests to make barbeque and dine alfresco.
