Villa stands in a quiet neighborhood, fully fenced for safety and privacy. Comprising of two levels it conveniently accommodates up to 6-7 guests.
Ground level includes a spacious living room with sofa, TV and a kitchen next to it, which is fully provided with all necessary cooking tools, appliances and set of crockery. Dining table sits 6. Wireless internet access available throughout the villa. French doors open onto a balcony with lovely views and patio furniture. In addition, there is 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
An internal staircase leads upstairs where you can find 2 more bedrooms, each one with a double bed, sharing 1 bathroom.
Private plunge pool of 20 sq. m. complements the villa, with spacious deck around, where you can relax and sunbath. Also, barbeque equipment provided in order to enjoy alfresco meals. The villa is situated on a quiet spot ideal for relaxing holidays, however if you want enjoy the vibrant nightlife of seaside resorts, endless beaches, authentic Greek cuisine, all the facilities are just within 15-20 minutes’ drive away!
