Conveniently located in the north-western coast of Crete, two villas available for rent. Villas are semi-detached and at the same time fully independent to ensure privacy for the guests. Thanks to their privileged location, you can enjoy great sea views and quick access to the beach (300 m by foot) as well as some local taverns. Wider choice of shopping and dining options you can find in the neighboring villages, located in a 3-minute drive. Trip to the airport takes about an hour.
Both villas offer comfortable accommodation for couples, groups and families. Depending on the group size, you can choose:
CRT443 Perfect accommodation for a family of 6-7 or group of friends. This villa measures 120 sq. m. and comprises of 2 levels.
On the ground floor you can find an open plan living/ dining room with comfortable sitting zone, fireplace, dining set. For entertainment, you can use satellite TV, home cinema and wireless internet access. Next to the living room is a kitchenette, which has all necessary cooking tools you may need when stay. Same level has 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom, also a separate guest WC available. Lounge opens directly to the pool area.
Upper floor houses 2 bedrooms, furnished with one double or two single beds, each bedroom comes with a private bathroom (shower) and individual air-conditioning unit.
If more guests are planning to stay, two extra beds could be arranged (please contact in advance).
Villas are equipped at modern standards, with all facilities for relaxing stay. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private swimming pool of 32 sq. m. with tiled deck and sunbeds. Moreover, there is a playground for kids and a barbeque area, so your whole family can have fun and dine alfresco in the villa. Each villa has its own pool, garden and barbeque area. Shared parking available.
