Villa CRT450 is a luxurious newly built property, tastefully decorated and practically furnished to provide maximum comforts. Just like the other villas, it boasts quick access to the sea, amenities and grants magnificent views towards the Aegean.
Villa measures about 115 sq. m. and accommodates up to 6-8 guests. At guests’ service, there are 3 bedrooms – 1 double and 2 equipped with two single beds each. All rooms have plenty of storage space, a balcony. Villa also has 2 large modern bathroom with tub or shower. A fully-equipped kitchen comes with full rage on crockery and tools for cooking, dining table. In the living room, there are two comfortable sofas (one converts into a double bed) and two armchairs. For entertainment a TV, CD/ DVD player provided.
Guests, staying at the villa have access to a huge common swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, umbrellas and a beautifully landscaped garden with lawn, trees, flowers and herbs. Shaded terrace adjoins the villa with an outdoor dining set.
