Two identical and adjoining villas in Ios island invite to spend your summer vacations in Greece. Villas share common territory and some facilities and could be rented together or separately. Ideal place for two families, travelling together. Conveniently located, villas guarantee carefree holidays, as both beach and all necessary amenities could be reached on foot.
This pretty island belong to Cycladic group, there is no airport, however it is connected by regular ferries with Athens and Santorini island (nearest airport). Ferry from Santorini only takes 45 minutes.
These elegant stone-built villas consist of 2 levels and host up to 6 persons each. Fully furnished and tastefully decorate, villas come with air-conditioning systems to ensure comfortable stay. Interiors feature modern style with simple, but very practical items, all necessary home appliances. For guests’ entertainment, there is unlimited WIFI internet access, flat screen TV and DVD.
At guests’ disposal, there are 3 bedrooms in each house – 2 double and 1 twin. All of them have ample storage space and individual bathrooms. Services include daily housekeeping and linen change twice week. All items provided – bathrobes, designer toiletries and Egyptian cotton towels to guarantee guests can experience most comforts. Also, there is a spacious lounge in every house, with sitting area by the fireplace, dining zone (also, there is an outdoor set) and an open-plan kitchen. Kitchen has full range of cooking tools and appliances. Laundry equipped.
On the premises, there is a swimming pool, an outdoor sitting area, barbeque area with wood oven, where guests can relax, sunbath and dine alfresco. Enjoy family gatherings and dinners with breathtaking sunsets and views of the neighboring islands. For our little guests there is plenty of space on large manicured lawn, small amphitheater.
