The villas have similar layout with different furnishing of the interiors. Each house comprises of two floors and stands in the lush private garden. The ground floor includes an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. It has 2 big sofas, coffee table, TV and dining table (seating 6). One of the sofas converts to additional sleeping place.The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cooking appliances, tools and crockery: oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc. Besides, on the same level there is 1 bedroom located with ensuite bathroom (shower cabin). The first floor hosts 2 more bedrooms (with double and twin beds) at guests disposal. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, has an individual bathroom with shower and a big balcony facing the sea.
The swimming pool (4 x 9 m) is fenced with trees, offering great sea view for guests to relax in privacy. The stone pool deck area is about 70 sq. m. It is safe for kids also, as the depth varies from 60 to 180 cm. Here guests can enjoy sunbathing or have a drink. Meanwhile, there is also a portable barbeque with all accessories available and a garden table with chairs the whole company to dine.
