The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms with double beds on 2 floors, spacious living room, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen attached to the living room. A balcony connected to living room and kitchen welcomes you to enjoy the view during your breakfast. A large infinity pool with pergola, BBQ and a shower in the outside area will make your days pleasurable.
First floor:
The entrance door opens directly into the living room and its balcony with a view on the Ionian Islands. On the left side, a fully equipped kitchen can welcome 6-8 people comfortably. Next to the living room there is a bathroom, one double bedroom and a staircase to the ground floor.
Ground floor:
Ground floor is composed of 3 double bedrooms with access to an outside terrace and a swimming pool. There is one bathroom on the ground floor. This floor is the best place for bedroom, as they are not directly hit by Sun during the day, which leaves the bedrooms with a more stable temperature even during hot summer season.
Villa is located just 1,5km from the village of Sivota. Sivota was originally a home of traditional Greek fishermen families who today are offering different range of services such as fine taverns, bars, bakeries or markets that are available all season long from 8am until 12am. You can walk to the village (15-20 min) or go by car (5-8 min).
